JUVELAN in “Sei inspiriert” by Hochzeitswahn

Do you know the feeling when sometimes, even the smaller things can put a huge smile on your face for the rest of the day? That is how we felt when we received the new issue of Hochzeitswahn​’s magazine “Sei inspiriert” and discovered our hair comb “Cherie” being presented on page 139. We love it! The launch of our new bridal jewellery collection “Sparkling Love” about a month ago was such an exciting moment for me – today, I feel just as excited as we are launching the making-of video from the photo shoot of the lookbook. A big shout-out and a huge thank you to my awesome sister Liesbeth Vandamme for creating this little video, what a wonderful gift!

I LOVE watching the video and I feel so honored to have the most amazing team ever around me, each and everyone with their own skills and qualities, contributing with their time and effort and like that, making my dreams come true. THANK YOU ALL!

We present “Sparkling Love” – bridal jewellery collection

With almost 40 degrees Celsius, the day of our photo shoot was probably the hottest day of the year – a new challenge for all of us! Thankfully, there was a pool at the location where we were able to cool down between the shots and our amazing hosts had also prepared a big cool box filled with drinks, lots of drinks! We are so lucky to be working together with our awesome team, which makes anything possible – THANK YOU so much for all your hard work and for being part of the exciting adventure with JUVELAN. It is really hard to believe, that it has already been five years since we started this journey. Designer Johan Vandamme and I thought, what better opportunity to celebrate our anniversary at the day of the shoot? And what a celebration! Johan Vandamme spoiled us all with his homemade naked cake, that was beyond delicious, but also looking so good that we just had to use it as a prop while shooting.

We present to you: „Sparkling Love“– a fresh, delicate and creative jewellery collection where JUVELAN designer Johan Vandamme has mainly put focus on hair jewellery and head pieces. Since the launch of our “Endless Love” bridal collection in 2013, we have had the privilege to encounter so many lovely brides. Whilst accompanying them in their search for genuine and high quality handmade jewellery, we have been receiving a lot of valuable input when it comes to developing ourselves and our brand – a great source of inspiration!

We’d like to take the opportunity to thank all of our customers and followers for your support and enthusiasm with each and every issue we release. We are so excited to have completed our 19th issue with this lookbook! Please pour a glass of champagne or grab that cappuccino of yours, cuddle up in the sofa and enjoy some simply breathtaking photos made by the one and only CONNY WENK and welcome our beautiful model ANAÏS LUEKEN who got to wear a gorgeous dress from ELFENKLEID. Since the establishment of JUVELAN 2010 a lot has happened: 5 years of hard work, 5 years of fun, 5 years full of ideas and brainstorming, sketches, designs, photo shoots, look books, exhibitions and exciting meetings. We’d like to say THANK YOU for these wonderful 5 years, for the support and the inspiration that every day motivates us to be creative and to design jewellery that makes both our customers and ourselves happy.

But what would a birthday be without gifts? During the upcoming months, we have some surprise gifts in store for you. Our creative team sat around the table with all of your entrees to see which one would be the best for our new collection and all the wonderful photos that come with it.

We are thrilled to announce that the lovely winner listens to the name: Nathalie Funken. And herewith our brand new lookbook will be named after Nathalie’s suggestion:

So as of today, our new collection has a name, and we can’t wait to present it to you this October.

This year is a very specialyear for JUVELAN as you might know already. We celebrate our 5 year anniversary. We have some special things planned throughout the year and will always surprise you.

If you’ve been following our work you know that we love to work with the super talented photographer Conny Wenk who has the gift of always giving us and you the most amazing photos that are filled with life, love, laughter, fun and happiness. Every time we do a new project for a small or big collection we always give you a lookbook where all of these fantastic photos are put together for you to enjoy.This time we want you to be a part of the newest lookbook! Recently we teamed up again to shoot our newest bridal collection. We are now working on designing the lookbook and are looking for the perfect title. This is where you come in! Today we invite you to be the creative mind. Imagine now you’re the creative director, what title would fit to our lovely bride? You have till Wednesday (15 July 2015) to let us know your title and and all our creative team members will choose will choose the winner based on the title that speaks the most to the vibe of this photo and the new bridal collection.The winner will be the lucky person who will receive a pair of earrings and a matching bracelet from the new collection.We are so much looking forward to reading all of your suggestions and the fact that you will be a part of our newest creation!
