We hope you had some wonderful Christmas days together with your beloved ones.
The year 2014 is coming to an end and firstly we’d like to thank you once again for being part of our little JUVELAN family. We are in love with every single customer and appreciate your contribution in all kind of ways, being a large part to the fact that we have had a very exciting and beautiful year.
In the past couple of months, we have developed step by step and made small changes here and there. Some of you may have noticed our updates on our website, other took place invisibly in the background.
Beginning of 2015 will involve some important changes that we would like to inform you about in advance already today – and we want to make it clear why we need to make these change.
That our jewellery is affordable and should be remaining like that also in the future, is an aspect that is very important to us, but probably even more important for you than to us. Unfortunately, almost all of our suppliers from whom we purchase the individual components of our jewellery, have had their prices drastically increased throughout 2014. Reasons for this are, firstly, inflation, on the other hand the increase in silver prices, but sometimes it is simply a decision of the respective companies that we can not influence. In order for us to continue doing what we love, we unfortunately have no other choice but to pass on the increased costs partly to you. We are therefore forced to make a price increase with some of our collections and individual pieces of jewellery .
The prices in our online store are being updated between 30/12/2014 and 02/01/2015. BUT if there is a piece of jewellery, which you have been admiring for a while and would like to purchase still at the old price, you can do so until 31/12/2014 at midnight. All orders received by us until then will be handled according to the old prices.
We wish you a happy new year, hoping for your understanding regarding these changes and would be very glad to continue welcoming you as a loved and appreciated customer.

Es wird Anfang 2015 eine wichtige Veränderung geben, über die wir Sie heute vorab informieren möchten – und wir wollen deutlich machen, warum wir diese Änderung vornehmen müssen.
Dass unser Schmuck erschwinglich ist und es auch in Zukunft bleibt, ist ein Aspekt, der für uns sehr bedeutsam, aber für Sie wahrscheinlich noch viel wichtiger ist. Leider haben fast alle unsere Lieferanten, von denen wir die einzelnen Bestandteile für unseren Schmuck beziehen, ihre Preise drastisch erhöht. Gründe dafür sind zum einen die Inflation, zum anderen der gestiegene Silberpreis, aber zum Teil ist es auch einfach eine Entscheidung der jeweiligen Firmen, die wir nicht beeinflussen können. Damit wir auch weiterhin das tun können, was wir lieben, bleibt uns leider keine andere Wahl, als die gestiegenen Kosten zum Teil an Sie weiterzugeben. Wir sehen uns gezwungen, für einige unserer Kollektionen und einzelnen Schmuckstücke eine Preiserhöhung vorzunehmen.
Die Preise in unserem Onlineshop werden zwischen dem 30.12.2014 und dem 02.01.2015 aktualisiert. ABER falls es ein Schmuckstück gibt, auf das Sie schon lange ein Auge geworfen haben und das Sie gern noch zum alten Preis erwerben möchten, können Sie das noch bis zum 31.12.2014 um Mitternacht tun. Alle Bestellungen, die bis dahin bei uns eingehen, werden nach den alten Preisen abgerechnet.
Wir wünschen Ihnen einen guten Start ins Neue Jahr, hoffen auf Ihr Verständnis für die Preiserhöhung und würden uns sehr freuen, wenn Sie uns auch weiterhin treu bleiben.
