Since the establishment of JUVELAN 2010 a lot has happened: 5 years of hard work, 5 years of fun, 5 years full of ideas and brainstorming, sketches, designs, photo shoots, look books, exhibitions and exciting meetings. We’d like to say THANK YOU for these wonderful 5 years, for the support and the inspiration that every day motivates us to be creative and to design jewellery that makes both our customers and ourselves happy.

But what would a birthday be without gifts? During the upcoming months, we have some surprise gifts in store for you. Every time will be different and we will start small to end big during the last weeks of celebrations. Did we make you curious? Bridal collection shoot

On Saturday, one of the hottest days so far this year, we had our shoot for the new bridal collection. We gathered our wonderful team and went to the most lovely location to have fun and be creative. For those of you who follow us on our Instagram account we already posted some behind the scenes, but if you’re not there we wanted to give you the chance to have a look at those impressions as well. The first official group shot is out already as well where you can see all the lovely fantastic people who gave their time to come and help out. Please enjoy it and see you soon for more 🙂

Our weekend at the Trau Dich Wedding fair

How was your weekend? If it was like ours, you probably had a very good one. We had the most fantastic time at this years edition of the Trau Dich wedding Fair in Stuttgart. We are super grateful that our good friend Raphaela joined us again and helped out so many brides with trying on jewelry and giving them information and advice.

There were a couple of new things for us, we had a new space for our stand and changed a couple of things when it came to decorating and setting up the space. By the feedback we received we are sure that those changes were for the better. It was so lovely to meet all the brides to be, bridesmaids, mothers of the bride, and husbands to be (who sometimes had to go for a little extra walk while the bride talked about her wedding dress and ideas she had) As we announced we had a little preview with us from the new collection that is in the making and will be officially released later this year, and it was very nice to see that many brides were overly enthusiastic when they saw and tried on the new designs. One of the nice ladies that visited us was so convinced that she was the very first bride to order a brand new design for her July wedding, and with that we are convinced that we made the right decision with the direction of the new collection, and we can’t wait to finish it, have a beautiful photo shoot and release it into the world so everyone can enjoy it.

Our darling photographer Conny Wenk and hair & make up darling Natalie Kottmann came by for a little visit and of course Conny couldn’t resist taking some shots from our stand.

Looking out the window

When we looked out the window of our studio today, we realized it was a rainy and grey Saturday. The perfect weather to let the colourful images from the freshly blooming flowers and trees inspire us to create some bridal jewellery for some lovely brides.

JUVELAN is spending Valentine’s Day by attending the gala opening of MAMMA MIA – das Musical in Palladium Theatre tonight. What are your plans?

Leading Lady’s at the World Premiere of Sylvester Stallone’s “Rocky-das Musical”

On the 18th of November, “Rocky- das Musical”, based on the film by Sylvester Stallone, had it’s world premiere at the TUI Operettenhaus in Hamburg.

We were thrilled since we got to dress THREE beautiful women with our jewellery.

The timelessly beautiful Pia Douwes looked absolutely stunning on the red carpet, wearing her custom designed purple earrings that were created specially for her.

We were also very happy to welcome Silke Braas, who also cover the part of “Adrian”, as a new face wearing a brand-new pair of earrings from an upcoming collection that is still in progress. But we’re glad to give you a little sneek peak by showing these long black crystal glamour earrings.

Last but not least, we were extremely proud of the fact that leading lady Wietske van Tongeren, who playes the part of “Adrian”, requested to wear JUVELAN jewellery. Our designer Johan Vandamme once again created some brand-new outstanding designs with timeless glamour. Wietske Van Tongeren was wearing a pair of 14-carat gold filled earrings and a bracelet with a mix of golden shimmering crystals, 14-carat gold filled stardust beads and freshwater pearls. Enjoy some photos from this divine and stylish Rocky lady, who looked like a hollywood star at her big opening night.
